Hiring the Cabin
The Cabin at St Mary’s is there to be used!
The Cabin comprises a main hall and a smaller meeting room. Normally there will be shared use of the kitchen, toilets and garden area. As Covid restrictions ease over the summer, we hope to see increased use of the Cabin and its garden. Already we have regular bookings for Colour Wheel, Bumps and Babies, Zumba, Pilates, Tuesday Morning Toddlers as well as one-off bookings. Every let has a ‘buffer’ of 15 free minutes at the start and end to allow time for arrival and departure. If you require set up or pack down time beyond this, it needs to be booked and paid for.

All users will need to complete a Covid risk assessment and we advise you to consult current Government guidelines. Although Covid restrictions have been largely removed, while case numbers are still high we recommend that hirers consider continued use of hand sanitiser and mask wearing, and keep the rooms well-ventilated. We advise hirers to restrict numbers to avoid over-crowding and to keep a list of attendees and contact details for 14 days for Test and Trace purposes.
We have added a cabin diary for you to view. You can request a booking directly from the diary link, by clicking on the blue cross next to the date. This is now our preferred method of receiving booking requests, but you can alternatively download the booking form, complete it and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that at the moment we are not accepting recurrent bookings for Thursday evenings or Friday afternoons to make sure we have slots available for one-off bookings.’
