A MAP gives areas of mission related focus but it doesn’t document everything a church community is or will be doing, and it doesn’t mean that things can’t be changed over the course of a year where there are reasons to do so. Each church community has a MAP which is periodically reviewed, updated and discussed by the PCC and sometimes in other forums.
