Indoor-Outdoor Summer Family Activities
The Pic n Mix family activities are taking a break for the summer holidays, and instead we have suggestions of some fabulous and fun outdoor and indoor summer activities for families or for the young at heart, each with a prayer or a simple reflective prompt.  We are borrowing, with thanks, material circulated by the Diocese of Blackburn.

Service of communion in August. We have now restarted services in church with a short and simple communion service to complement – not replace – the streamed service available earlier in the day.  If you intend to come to Hardwick’s service, please contact cebigg53@gmail.com , so that we can work out how to lay out the church with suitable distancing.  There will be limit to the number of people we can fit into the church at one time.  There will be no singing.  Communion will be in one kind (just wafers), everything will be kept covered until needed and I will be the only one moving around the church to distribute it to people in their seats.  If you are still shielding yourself or someone else do not feel any obligation to come.  The Worship at Home service, in video and written formats, will continue to be our main service for a while longer.”
