On Wednesday mornings between 9am and 9.30am in term time a small group meets in church to say a form of ‘morning prayer’. We say a psalm together, hear the Bible reading of the day and pray (either silently or aloud) for the world, the nation, the village and individuals. Each week we pray for different members of the churches, and for different streets in Hardwick.
This is a joint venture between St Mary’s and Hardwick Evangelical Church and is open to anyone in the village wherever they worship on a Sunday, or even if they don’t. Different people take it in turns to lead us through each time.
Contact Alison Myers or Clare Bigg for more details, or just come and join us.
