Looking at images of gardens at the Chelsea Flower Show this week, and looking at our garden, these words of Gerard Manley Hopkins seem particularly apt:
Nothing is so beautiful as Spring–
When weeds, in wheels, shoot long and lovely and lush.
Mind you, one person’s weed is another person’s beautiful flower. I was pleased to see that cow parsley featured in one of the show gardens!
